By using Daystack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Daystack.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Daystack Pro is a monthly subscription at $3.99/month, billed through Apple. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings. No refunds for partial periods, per Apple's standard policies.
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, use it to harm others, or create accounts for purposes other than personal productivity use.
Daystack uses AI to generate coaching tips and suggestions. These are for informational and motivational purposes only. We make no guarantees about their accuracy or suitability.
Daystack is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daystack and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the app.
