1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect

Account data: Your email address and name, collected when you create an account.

Usage data: Tasks you create, session durations, mood ratings, streak counts, and category preferences.

Device data: Your device's push notification token, used only to send reminders you have enabled in Settings.

Subscription data: Whether you are on the Free or Pro plan. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to operate and improve Daystack:

• To save your tasks and progress across sessions
• To generate personalised AI coaching tips via OpenAI's API
• To send push notifications you have enabled
• To manage your Pro subscription status via RevenueCat

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication
• OpenAI — AI tip generation
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple — payment processing and push notifications

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes all your personal data within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Daystack is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at daystackapp@gmail.com to make a request.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Daystack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
